HOW LONG MY IS GIFT CARD VALID?
All our e-gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase on our site. You will find the exact date of validity directly on the e-gift card, sent or printed. After this date, the unique code associated with your gift card will no longer work and we will no longer be able to refund the amount paid.
HOW TO USE MY GIFT CARD ON THE SITE?
The unique code transmitted in the e-mail is essential. Then simply copy/paste this advantage code on the basket page in the same place as the vouchers and click OK to validate the reduction. Please note that the amount of your e-gift card must be used in one go. If the amount of your basket is lower than the amount of your e-gift card, the remainder will be definitively lost.
I NEVER RECEIVED MY GIFT CARD, I CAN'T USE IT...
All our e-gift cards are sent by e-mail. Do not hesitate to look in your junk mail if necessary. If you can't find it or you have a problem using your code, contact our customer service, specifying the name and surname of the person who gave it to you.
